Examend

How we check every question

Every Examend question is original, tied to a section of a free OpenStax textbook, and has its numbers recomputed by code before it goes live.

  1. Original questions. Never copied from a real test or a prep book. We are not affiliated with ATI.
  2. Sourced. Every answer cites a section of a free OpenStax textbook, and the link is shown under the explanation.
  3. Re-checked by code. Every number (masses, pH, dilutions, balancing) is recomputed by a script before a question can go live.
  4. Every wrong answer explained. Each wrong choice is written to match a real mistake, and the explanation says why it tempts.
  5. Reviewed as we go. A final human review is under way. Spot something? Use "Report a problem with this question" after you answer, and a real person checks it.
  6. Independent audit next. A paid US chemistry teacher or RN will audit the Check and Days 1–3, and we'll name them here.

Found a mistake? Email [email protected]. We reply within 24 hours on US business days and fix confirmed errors the same week.

What we never claim: that you'll pass, what your result will be, or that our questions are "real TEAS® questions".

See it for yourself: TEAS® trap explainers, each with an original question and its source.
